About the CRER
The Cornell Real Estate Review is committed to furthering research and collegiality among students, professors, and practitioners in real estate and related fields. Founded in 2002 as a student-managed publication, the Cornell Real Estate Review prizes original work of a scholarly nature that seeks to examine issues of foremost relevance in today’s classroom and workplace. In keeping with the spirit of academic and open discourse upon which it was founded, access to articles from the current and past editions are available for free through the Cornell University Library system, and can be searched through the Archive tab on this website.
Scholars, practitioners, and students alike are encouraged to submit articles to the review for publication on the website and possible inclusion in the annual print edition. The Editorial Board is ready and willing to provide feedback and constructive criticism on submissions, partnering with authors to help create articles that are informative, well-researched, and timely.
